I've always considered myself a homebody, but it wasn't until I began practicing yoga and meditation that the significance of coming home to myself resonated. It didn't just resonate, it resounded "welcome home!" like the bellowing warmth of a hearty hug.
The practice of yoga teaches much more than flexibility. With meditation, it create space for you to arrive in your body in the present moment, and clears the path home.
As a social psychologist, my scientific research has focused on mindfulness, self-compassion, and authenticity. As a yoga and meditation teacher, my focus is to help you cultivate intuitive knowledge of these concepts within yourself. This is my everyday practice, and I hope to sit next to you in yours.
